Visited last summer for my birthday holiday and had a lovely time. They did my room very nice for my birthday and they sang to me at the pool bar on the day too! Stayed for 4 nights and did the all inclusive package. There was a good variety of food available everyday and there were a few restaurants to eat at as well as the buffet. The drinks selection was wonderful and the pool/spa amenities were fab! The location wasn’t far from the beach and there were shops and restaurants not too far either. Nightlife was a quick 10-15 minute uber/cab away and didn’t have any issues getting them from the hotel. The staff were all lovely, shoutout: Diana, Max, Shinto, Parash (best masseuse ever), Jhordan, Salvador and Samuel. Would definitely stay here again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at your hotel and wanted to share our feedback. Overall, it was a lovely experience, and we truly appreciated the warm welcome and attentiveness of your staff, especially in celebrating my husband's birthday with thoughtful gestures like the decorated room and birthday cake. So thank you very much .
While we enjoyed our stay, there are a few areas where we believe improvements could enhance the overall guest experience:
1. Room Maintenance:We noticed some areas of the hotel, particularly within the rooms, could benefit from fresh paint and minor repairs. Addressing these cosmetic issues would help maintain the hotel's overall aesthetic and feel.
2. In-Room Amenities:Having a selection of biscuits and daily replenishment of water bottles in the fridge would be a nice touch for guests. Additionally, providing irons and ironing boards in the rooms would make packing easier and provide added convenience.
3. Dining Flexibility:Offering guests the option to take unfinished drinks from the dining areas back to their rooms would enhance the relaxation experience. A self-service ice station in the main dining area would also be a valuable addition.
4. Housekeeping: We experienced a small issue with a dusty wardrobe upon arrival, but I want to commend your team's prompt response to resolve it. Consistent attention to detail, such as ensuring all areas are thoroughly cleaned, will help maintain the quality expected from a four-star establishment.
Your hotel has a beautiful ambiance and a welcoming lounge area, which we found quite pleasant. Breakfast options were satisfactory, and while lunch and dinner had varied selections, a little more diversity in daily menus would be appreciated by returning guests.
However you do have other restaurants that was serving other foods within the hotel which was good however it wasn’t included in the all inclusive which would have been great to have. But I see the why it was necessary for them serving separately so it’s fine .
Please understand that this feedback is meant to support your continuous improvement rather than criticize. We genuinely enjoyed our stay and believe that with a few enhancements, your hotel can provide an even higher quality experience for a four star that it is or higher .

7 night . Good experience. Not 10 of 10, but good enough. It is personal point of view. Tiny bit away of Valleta, walkable. Clasical breakfast buffet, Lunch good enough, snack after lunch good enough, burgers and pizza. Dinners, nearly same all 5 days. Inside pool , very small. Pool bar, poor. Interteimant, fantastic. In conclusion:

Service, 5of10. Need attention. 🤔
Quality of rooms....cleaned everyday. 👍
Housekeeping department working well. Staff is good.
F&B department, staff need to be restrained.
The hotel is builded fantastic, just 2 many rooms for small eating areas.
Reception staff, helpfull and well informed.
Will recco to all my friends , defo, just with tiny bit conditions. At all, 8 of 10. For that value of money.

Loved this place! Excellent location close to the coast and many cool restaurants near the area. We got really good value out our money. The staff are super friendly and kind and very helpful, special shoutout to them. Our flight was in the evening so we asked if we could maybe have a later check out, one of the male staff was very friendly and he said he'd do his best to check the availability, it worked out great👍
Just a few points that were lacking was the rooms need a painting job especially for the standard of the hotel and cleaning needs more attention. We found the breakfast with too many english breakfast options, We think one section for the english breakfast would be sufficient and the other hot food section could be different options. The twin bed pushed together for a double was also annoying throughout the night because of the crease. The AC in our room also seemed to be weak or perhaps not working.
Also we had no iron which was very weird, every hotel I've been to before offers and iron in the room.
Other than that though it was very good!

Absolutely loved my short break here. The food was great and included so much variety. The entertainment was impressive. There is so much to do in this hotel like squash ,table tennis, mini golf, well equipped gym, sauna steam room ect. Swimming pools, plus you are right in the sea for a dip. The rooms are well sized and equipped. All of the staff are friendly and helpful but out of everyone John was fantastic, he was so helpful in the gym and getting us sorted for squash . Thanks Qawra palace for the excellent stay
